Your bank does not report your returned items to us. To find out more information about your returned check, you will need to contact your bank. They should be able to provide a reason for the return, in some cases the bank will re-process the check for you.


In many cases, we will issue a credit to your Green account for the fees you paid to us.* You must report the bad check by following the instructions located at http://www.green.money/return.


We are happy to re-process any returned check for no additional fee.  If you receive the check returned with a code that can not be overridden, you must contact your customer and receive valid payment details, and then re-enter the payment.
