There are two ways to Reset Your Password.


A. On the login screen, there is a link that states "I forgot my Green.Money Username or Password."


1) Click on the word PASSWORD.


2) Enter your Username. Enter the Verification Code. Click on the RESET button.


3) A new system-generated password will be sent to your email address on file.




B. Contact customer support and ask for a password reset.
