Adjusting the Company Information that is provided to your customers is a multi-step process. Please see the following steps for instructions on how to make these changes.


How to change the Work Telephone Number and/or Customer Service Email Address:


1. Log into your merchant account at Green.Money

2. Go to ACCOUNT on the menu bar

3. Choose option CHANGE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

4. Identify the field you need to change  (Work Phone Number, Customer Service Email Address)

5. Delete information in current field, and then re-fill with the new data

6. Finally, click the button CLICK HERE TO CHANGE INFORMATION



How to change the Address and/or Company Name:


1. Submit a Checking Account Authorization Form using the below format. You can submit this form via DocuSign by clicking 

HERE or by contacting Support@Green.Money for a PDF version of this document.
