If you have recently applied for a Green Processing Account but are unsure of where your application stands, please review the following steps before contacting Support@Green.Money.


Step 1: Have you successfully created a Green account using our online Sign-Up application? If you were not redirected to DocuSign, the account was not created successfully. 


Step 2: Have you submitted all of the required documentation for your application? This documentation is needed in order for our underwriting department to begin their review. 


Needed Documentation:

-A Color Copy of Your ID and the ID of Any Other Individual Listed on Your Account

-Signature Card (A live wet signature is required. Please print and return via email by taking a picture or using a scanner.)

-Refund Policy Statement

-Arbitration Agreement

-Checking Account Authorization Form

-Credit Card Authorization Form

-Compliance Form

Step 3: If you have successfully completed the online application and sent in all of the required documentation, please contact Support@Green.Money to inquire on the status of your current application.
